Ich freue mich besonders, Euch heute dieses Minielfchen vorstellen zu können, da ich gestern erfahren habe, dass ich mit ihr einen Preis gewonnen habe! Auf Instagram hatte ich es kürzlich bereits angedeutet: Ich habe bei der Cloth Baby Doll Challenge mitgemacht und nun habe ich sogar tatsächlich gewonnen, ich freue mich sehr und bin auch ein wenig stolz 🙂

On Instagram I already mentioned that I participated in the Cloth Baby Doll Challenge and now I am indeed a winner! I am so happy and a little bit proud, too 🙂

Fjóla has a story:
I spent my favorite holiday in Iceland, a beautiful country with breathtaking landscapes full of mossy stones under which – so the legends say – the fairies live.
Of course we didn’t see one as they are very shy.
But back at home I couldn’t believe my eyes!
There she was in my suitcase: This tiny fairy with her delicate wings!
I didn’t know what to do with her first but since her folk would be in Iceland and she was with me I figured I had to do the best I could. Turns out baby fairies love to be outside. When we can’t go outside Fjóla (that’s what I named her) cries a LOT. Thank God, she had her pacifier with her when she arrived here because that is the only thing keeping her from crying then.
Fjóla ist 20 cm klein und wurde aus Wolle und Baumwolltrikot gefertigt. Ihr Gesicht ist nadelgefilzt und ihre Haare wurden aus Mohairgarn gehäkelt.
Sie trägt einen luftigen Body und einen Rock mit einem gehäkelten Unterrock (der mal ein kleines Häkeldeckchen war). Außerdem hat sie ein gehäkeltes winziges Haarband und abnehmbare Elfenflügel.
Ihr kleiner, an Veilchen erinnernder, magnetischer Schnuller ist aus Fimo geformt.
Fjóla is an 8 inch small doll made from sheepwool and cotton tricot. Her face is needlefelted, her hair is a crocheted mohair cap. She wears a bodysuit and a skirt with a crocheted underskirt. She also wears a hairband, has removable fairy wings and a violet shaped magnetic pacifier made from polymerclay.
Fjóla ist definitiv keine Spielpuppe – jedenfalls nicht in Kombination mit ihren Flügeln und ihren kleinen Accessoires.
Fjóla is definitely not a doll for children – at least not when she wears her wings or her other tiny accessoires.
Morgen abend (Donnerstag, 18. Juli) um ca. 19 Uhr wird sie für 150,00 € in meinem etsy Shop erhältlich sein.
